in working for RE/MAX. When she asked why, our Registrant said, “Service”. He confidently made a bet. He took out $2,500 and put it on the coffee table. He said both himself
and the Recruiter would contact their respective Broker of Record (highest authority in any real estate brokerage) and if her broker of record picked up first, he’d leave Public
Choice for RE/MAX immediately and further that she would walk away with a $2,500 cash. The recruiter simply said, “I understand” and the meeting ended.
